You don’t need lots of experience (we provide the training) but you need to possess a “can do” attitude and be energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated to delivering to the highest standards. You will be presentable, positive and have excellent spoken English.

CASUAL WAITRESS / WAITER

Usually between Wednesday and Sunday between 11.00am and 8.00pm – are dependent on events. Work is casual so the hours are flexible to your lifestyle,
Pay up to £8.50 per hour (plus holiday pay of approx. 12% extra). Pay based on age and experience.
Do you have experience waitressing and managing teams? Are you able to cope under pressure, and lead by example? If so, our Team Leader role is for you.
Usually Thursday to Sunday between 12.00pm and 8.00pm – dependent on events
Pay up to £10.00 per hour (plus holiday pay of approx. 12% extra). Pay dependent on age and experience.
FREELANCE & EVENT CHEFS
Are you experienced and confident Chef, looking for extra cash to supplement your current job? Or are you a retired chef looking for a bit of pocket money? Are you adaptable, able to deliver deadlines and proud of the food you cook? If so, then this is the role for you.
Pay up to £22 per hour, depending on age and experience.
BARMAN / BARMAID

Usually Friday and Saturday between 6.00pm and 12.30am – dependent on events.
Pay up to £9.25 per hour (plus holiday pay of approx. 12% extra). Pay dependent on age and experience.
FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVE / FOOD PREPARATION ASSISTANTS
Roamers Caterers are a rapidly expanding Event Catering Company with a growing reputation for our food and service. This is a perfect role for a candidate who is either newly qualified or who is looking for experience in the industry and a challenge. Working directly with the Head Chef and MD will be a great learning opportunity for you.
We are looking for an individual who wants to be proud of the work they produce and develop their cheffing skills in a supportive environment. You don’t need lots of experience (we provide the training) but you do need to be energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated to delivering to our standards. Additionally, you will be presentable, positive and have excellent spoken English.
Every employee is known to the MD and we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional service for our clients. We achieve this through recruiting and retaining high calibre staff all focussed on making sure our food and service are presented to exacting standards. Our chefs are the key to our success and you will be responsible for your assigned food preparation.
We are proud of our working atmosphere and offer excellent working conditions in a great team environment. In return, all we expect is you to deliver great food and events to the specifications provided and maintain cost targets.
Wednesday and Thursday, 12 hours per week – overtime available.
During busy periods, some Friday shifts are required.
£8.50 per hour, depending on age, rising to £9.50 per hour upon completion of training.
